Enrico is passionate about building mechanics and a project guy at heart. From the shop floor to the classroom, by way of consulting and climate-control technologies, his path has let him touch nearly every facet of the industry. A partner at Groupe Éode since 2019, he has since helped build and grow the company with energy, curiosity, and ambition.

A true family man, Enrico places great importance on his family and the good times they share together. When he switches off from work, you’re more likely to find him on a mountain bike, around a good home-cooked meal, or simply outdoors enjoying the fresh air.

Chris, a building engineer by training, an entrepreneur at heart, and passionate about business development. His path has taken him from project design and management to teaching, sales, real estate, and entrepreneurship. A partner at Groupe Éode since 2025, he helps move the company forward with his strategic vision, extensive network, and unifying energy. Curious by nature, he is especially interested in artificial intelligence, personal development, and new ideas. Outside of work, you'll often find him with a book in hand, behind a podcast mic, or playing music.

Anthony, a graduate of a DEC in building systems engineering and the very first employee to join the Groupe Éode adventure. He started in estimation, then moved to sales, before taking the helm of operations today. Over the years, he has also played an important role in the company's digital evolution, contributing to internal tools, new technologies, and more recently the integration of artificial intelligence. Always up for a laugh, some good-natured teasing, and keeping the mood light, Anthony also knows exactly when it's time to get serious and take charge.

Dominic, passionate about building systems engineering, new technologies… and new challenges. A graduate in building systems engineering from Collège Ahuntsic and then in construction engineering from the ÉTS, he likes to stay connected to the industry, to the trends shaping it, and above all to the people who drive it forward. Since joining Groupe Éode in January 2026, he quickly found what he was looking for: a family spirit, strong human relationships, and a team to build the future with. And when he's not at work, chances are he's on a golf course or out running toward his next goal.

Jonathan, a graduate of a DEC in building systems engineering, is reserved by nature but always there when someone needs a hand. A man of few words, he chooses them carefully… and when he speaks, it's usually worth listening. Always ready to help his colleagues — especially when a computer decides to stop cooperating — Jonathan is something of the unofficial go-to for small tech problems. Outside of work, he happily trades the office screens for video-game ones.

Cynthia, an architectural technician by training — hard-working, resourceful, and rarely fazed by a challenge. Passionate about her work, she loves finding solutions, moving things forward, and doesn't back down from much. Outside the office, she just as easily goes from a quiet night at home to a good night out with friends. A fan of puzzles, video games, ATVs, and motocross, Cynthia brings Groupe Éode a simple, authentic energy that's always ready to jump in.

Jade, dynamic, motivated, and always ready to take on a new challenge. Passionate about sports and travel, she loves pushing her limits, discovering new cultures, and stepping out of her comfort zone. That same energy shows in her work, where her curiosity, determination, and drive to move forward make her someone always eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the team.

Jorge, hard-working, serious, and focused on doing things right. He takes his responsibilities to heart and spares no effort to get things moving. At Groupe Éode, he brings rigor and determination every day, along with the satisfaction of contributing to the team's work. Outside of work, he likes to unwind with hockey.

Kosta, a graduate with a bachelor's degree in building engineering and passionate about the technical side of HVAC. With nearly 10 years of experience, he supports engineers on their projects, combining expertise, rigor, and a real talent for finding solutions when things get complicated. Always on the lookout for new ways of doing things, Kosta likes to understand problems in depth… and above all, solve them. Outside of work, he unwinds with soccer, movies, and good TV series.

Eddie, an expert in all things HVAC. Always sharply dressed, with impeccable glasses and a professional attitude, Eddie perfectly embodies the spirit of Groupe Éode: serious when needed, dynamic at all times, and always ready to find a solution.
